Our Programs

Lead your Career

Our youth employment  Program works with schools, nonprofits, private  businesses, and other  agencies to assist young people by connecting them  with career pathways  and increasing their employ ability and earning  potential.

Parent engagement

Supporting Parents and Families on the education system, specifically how to select a school, what they should expect from their educational experience and how to engage with teachers and Administrators.

We support families in making decisions on enrollment, advocating for their children within schools and understanding the grade level of their child.

Cultural Awareness

Cultural Awareness is important in creating cross cultural understanding and acceptance. Cultural awareness can give us a better understanding of our own culture and how it perceived by outsiders. Lead the way MN engage with other students and teachers to ask questions and be open about understanding each other’s cultural backgrounds.
